音声オペレーション担当/ Voice Ops

A global financial services company is looking for an L3 Voice Ops professional. The selected candidate will support global voice infrastructure operations, manage incident and project activities, and drive operational improvements across trading communication systems. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Support global voice infrastructure including incident, problem, and change management
• Perform level 3 troubleshooting, analysis, and remediation for voice operations issues
• Support L1 and L2 teams for incident escalations
• Communicate with business units during projects and operational incidents
• Participate in operational acceptance of new deployments
• Create technical documentation for new and existing environments
• Manage operational lifecycle activities for short and long-term project delivery
• Coordinate implementation activities across internal teams and third-party vendors
• Track project deliverables, risks, and operational progress
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, management reports, and presentations
• Conduct operational and user acceptance testing activities
• Ensure accurate meeting documentation to fulfil audit and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Experience supporting IPC Unigy trading systems and private wire infrastructure
• Experience with Hoot and Holler networks, voice recording systems, Speakerbus intercom infrastructure, Aria soft intercom, and Cloud9 trader client support
• Knowledge of trading system integrations with CUCM, SBCs, and NICE
• Experience with transport technologies including IPC Connexus and SIP connectivity troubleshooting
• Project management experience including scheduling, change management, project reporting, and risk management
• Ability and willingness to work weekends
• Professional level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with BT ITS trading system infrastructure and endpoints
