ITスペシャリスト/ IT Specialist

A global consumer goods company is seeking an IT Specialist. The selected candidate will provide day-to-day IT support, manage end-user satisfaction, and lead local IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT onboarding and day-to-day support to end-users, ensuring professional service standards
• Leverage incident, request, and change management processes for company-wide IT services
• Administer end-user accounts, permissions, and access in relevant IT tools
• Ensure up-to-date IT asset inventory and manage device rollouts and replacements
• Oversee local IT infrastructure, including network, meeting room equipment, and office access control
• Coordinate local IT projects, aligning business needs with global IT solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT
• More than 3 years of equivalent experience
• Experience with ITIL v3, ServiceNow, or similar tools is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Mac, AD, Exchange, mobile devices, networking, and security
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level verbal and written English and Japanese
