テクニカルサポートエンジニア/ Tech Support Engineer (SQL)

A global supply chain software company is seeking a Tech Support Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical and application support for cloud-based supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as technical liaison between clients and internal teams
• Communicate product and solution knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders
• Document all client interactions and case updates
• Manage and respond to client requests through phone, email, and web interface
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using tools such as code review, database queries, and logs
• Collaborate with global support teams to deliver timely issue resolution

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in SQL & batch Scripting
• Prior experience with SCPO suite (Manugistics Networks, i2, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, or similar)
• Experience working with India offshore teams
• Basic supply chain management (SCM) knowledge
• Understanding of Azure SQL, Tomcat, Linux OS, and supporting apps on public cloud (preferably Azure)
• Proficient in Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)
