グローバルサービスエンジニア/ Global Service Engineer
A global IT company is looking for a Global Service Engineer. The selected candidate will provide Tier 1 Service Desk support, monitor systems, and manage incidents and service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 Service Desk support following ITIL 2011 processes
- Monitor global technology environments and take action on alerts
- Manage ticket routing, execute break/fix instructions, and escalate incidents
- Fulfill service requests remotely, executing system changes and managing ticket lifecycles
- Ensure timely updates and communication with key stakeholders based on ticket priority
- Maintain and update Run Book documentation for workflows and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in front-line technical support
- Experience with IT infrastructures technologies and VoIP Telephony technologies
- Prior experience with ITSM system (Remedy)
- Proven experience supporting global customers
