ソフトウェア導入コンサルタント/ Software Implementation Consultant

A Software Implementation Consultant role is now open in a global professional services provider. The chosen applicant will act as a subject matter expert for product implementation in one or more areas of the company's software offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and provide best-practice recommendations
• Identify solution options based on client requirements and develop specification documentation
• Configure the system according to agreed specifications using the system user interface
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure that the configuration aligns with specifications
• Document system implementation for handover to the support teams
• Collaborate with Product Management for advanced configuration and system development
• Work with technical teams to resolve system and configuration issues
• Lead customer meetings and calls as needed during implementation projects, maintaining a professional presence
• Provide ongoing client support, including report generation at critical times of the year

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the private sector
• Background in Sustainability Management & Reporting (GHG, SASB, GRI, CDP, CSRD) or Supply Chain
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Familiarity with web-based applications and software implementation or configuration
• Knowledge of relational databases or technical expertise (SQL, XML) is desirable
• Fluent level in Japanese and English (other languages are a plus)
