シニアITサポートスペシャリスト/ Senior IT Support Specialist

A global medical device manufacturer is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist – APAC. The selected candidate will manage end-user IT support operations across the APAC region, coordinate vendors, and handle advanced technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software across devices
• Collaborate with global and offshore IT teams for implementation and upgrades
• Manage and document IT projects and report statuses to stakeholders
• Oversee and coordinate outsourced end-user support vendors in APAC
• Provide support for complex technical issues and escalate as needed
• Mentor APAC support teams and contribute to technical training and documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above (Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree in CS/MIS is ideal)
• More than 4 years of technical/systems support-related experience
• Experience with IT help desk systems
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in Japanese
