デリバリーエグゼクティブ/ Delivery Executive

An international IT consulting firm is looking for a Delivery Executive to support insurance clients. The selected candidate will oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, financials, and customer satisfaction while strengthening client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project progress, risks, and financials, ensuring contract obligations and client expectations are met
• Guide and influence project managers, team members, and clients for successful delivery
• Provide technical, business, and management insights to project teams
• Manage change requests, resource allocations, and scope adjustments for optimal project goals
• Strengthen client relationships and facilitate communication between offshore teams and clients
• Support business expansion by promoting new proposals, identifying opportunities, and aligning with global strategy

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in system development/implementation program leadership
• Experience in coordinating global SMEs and offshore development teams
• Understanding of insurance business processes, operations, and regulations
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills
• Proficient in Japanese and English
