データセンタースーパーバイザー/ Data Centre Supervisor

A renowned data centre services provider is looking for a Data Centre Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure SLA compliance, and supervise critical infrastructure maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for customers during operations and incident escalation
• Coordinate daily activities with the Japan-based partner operations team
• Monitor SLA compliance and implement corrective measures
• Manage PPMs and service repairs for critical systems and equipment
• Oversee contractor activities and support related administrative tasks
• Write, review, and revise operational procedures to maintain uptime

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, facilities management, or a relevant domain
• More than 7 years of experience in the operation of critical building infrastructure (electrical and mechanical, facility management) in the data center sector or related high availability industry
• More than 3 years of experience in management
• Experience as a fire marshal and first aid is preferred
• Possess valid Chief Electrical Engineer certification is ideal
• Possess valid electrician licence is a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; business level English
