ITインフラマネージャー/ IT Infra Manager

A global fashion brand is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager. The selected candidate will manage network systems, vendor coordination, and desktop support across corporate offices and retail stores.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain network infrastructure for corporate and retail environments
• Ensure smooth IT operations, including security, disaster recovery, and system maintenance
• Provide desktop and mobile device support while managing hardware and software updates
• Lead technology support for new store openings, including budgeting, procurement, and installation
• Drive technology projects in collaboration with corporate and regional teams
• Act as SME for networks, desktops, AD, Office 365, security, mobile, and AV solutions
• Oversee third-party vendors delivering helpdesk and application support services
• Generate regular performance reports and ensure continuous system improvements
• Manage annual IT budget planning and expense tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related discipline
• More than 10 years of overall experience
• More than 5 years as an IT Manager in a multinational or similar setting
• Proven experience in network, servers, desktop, MS Office 365, Active Directory, cloud, mobile, and communication technologies
• Understanding of retail operations
• Strong relationships with regional service providers
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, drive change, and work with external vendors
• Possess a valid industry certification in a technology or engineering discipline
• Fluent level English and Japanese
