オペレーションエンジニア/ Operations Engineer

A renowned data centre service provider is looking for an Operations Engineer. The selected candidate will support equipment installation, cabling, testing, documentation, and system monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure customer equipment and infrastructure
• Manage and test cabling based on standard operating procedures
• Set up and verify advanced circuit connections
• Conduct tests and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of work activities
• Monitor systems and respond to operational alerts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or engineering
• More than 2 years of experience in fin site operations
• Experience in customer service, operation centers or data centers
• Prior experience in copper/fiber cabling techniques (installation, termination, and testing)
• Background in ISP or telco
• Understanding of data center environments
• Familiarity of network, facilities, and security-oriented monitoring systems
