ソフトウェア定義車両アーキテクト/ Software-Defined Vehicle Architect

A global automotive company is seeking an R&D Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) Architect. The selected candidate will lead the transition of legacy vehicle architectures into advanced zonal and SDV frameworks while guiding cross-functional integration and strategy. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop migration strategies from legacy E/E architectures to zonal and SDV frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new architectures into existing vehicle systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams on SDV best practices
• Align architecture strategies with OEMs, suppliers, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate software stack options and recommend OS, middleware, and application solutions for HPC
• Document architectural designs, migration processes, and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in E/E Architecture design and implementation, with a focus on automotive systems
• Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) design and structure (compute, storage, and network components)
• Skilled in software development, system integration and architectural design tools (MATLAB, Simulink)
• Knowledge of legacy vehicle architectures, zonal architectures, and SDV principles
• Understanding of software stacks, including operating systems (Linux, AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive, etc.), Hypervisors, middleware and application layers
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Functional Safety roles within the E/E Architecture
• Business level English (Japanese is ideal)
