アプリケーションアーキテクト/ Application Architect

A global IT consulting firm is seeking an Application Architect. The selected candidate will lead enterprise architecture strategies and drive modernisation initiatives using Microsoft-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of application architecture strategies for system transformation projects
• Provide hands-on guidance in evaluating, designing, and optimising client applications and IT landscapes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and design future-state architectures
• Design hybrid and cloud-native architectures with a focus on MS Azure
• Promote adoption of modern engineering practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, containerisation, and microservices
• Lead architectural reviews, manage technical risks, and ensure best practice implementation
• Mentor junior architects and engineering teams to foster continuous improvement
• Support IT system procurement, operational efficiency, and post-implementation stabilisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Extensive experience in application architecture
• Proven experience in delivering scalable and secure enterprise applications
• Skilled in .NET, Azure, and Microsoft technologies
• Possess valid Microsoft certifications preferred)
• Business level Japanese; proficient in English is a plus
