A multinational financial services company is looking for a Linux Lead Platform Specialist. The selected candidate will lead projects and BAU operations, ensuring server infrastructure is optimised, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver, administer, and manage enterprise servers
• Lead major incident troubleshooting and maintenance activities
• Propose and implement the most suitable solutions for users
• Collaborate with middleware, cloud, and global teams on infrastructure initiatives
• Participate in cloud migration projects and EOSL management
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience as a server engineer in an enterprise environment
• Proven expertise in Linux and server administration
• Experience in storage management is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to propose innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement
• Business level English
