アセットマネージャー/ Asset Manager

A renowned energy company is seeking an Asset Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of solar power business assets, from acquisition to operation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform closing procedures at the time of acquisition
• Execute asset management procedures post-acquisition
• Manage assets as the operational entity for each SPC in the solar power business
• Oversee EPC contractors, O&M contractors, and the Development and Construction team
• Maintain relationships with investors and lenders
• Coordinate with accounting firms, tax advisors, legal firms, and insurance companies during the construction and operational phases
• Handle financial management, reporting, and bookkeeping
• Manage corporate legal affairs, compliance, and tax documentation

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in asset management (real estate or renewable energy sector)
• Professional communication experience within reporting lines and with external stakeholders
• Organisational capabilities, logical thinking, and strong skills in verbalisation and document creation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks for operational efficiency
• Native level Japanese; Proficient in written and verbal English
