プロダクトスペシャリスト/ Assistant Product Specialist

A foreign investment management firm is looking for an Assistant Product Specialist. The chosen candidate will provide support in delivering top-notch investment communications that differentiate the client's capabilities. This is a haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Product Specialists in delivering high-quality investment communications
• Update regular monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports, including market data, fund performance, and commentaries for various funds
• Respond to inquiries from sales or clients by updating fund performance, characteristics, and related data for various funds
• Support Product Specialists in producing client reports and materials to promote various funds

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in the asset management business
• Experience in investment division, client reporting, or sales
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client service
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Native level Japanese; business level English
