An international banking company is looking for an Associate Director, Operational Client Relationship Management. The selected candidate will manage operational client relationships, drive service improvements, and support client growth across Markets-related activities. This is a direct contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead operational relationship strategies for corporate clients
• Oversee pre-trade, at-trade, and post-trade client touchpoints
• Partner with Sales and Relationship Managers to support smooth client onboarding and first trade execution
• Act as the senior escalation contact for client issues, internal stakeholders, and post-trade queries
• Drive process standardisation, service reviews, client scorecards, and performance improvements
• Identify digital adoption, workflow improvement, and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs

Requirements:

• Prior RM experiences in financial services company
• Native level Japanese; professional level English
