オペレーションヘッド/ Operations Head

A global financial services company is looking for an Operations Head, Manager, etc. The selected candidate will lead and oversee crypto exchange operations, ensuring efficient processes, compliance, and partner management. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily crypto asset exchange operations including customer support, transaction review, and monitoring
• Manage deposits, withdrawals, asset segregation, and product rollouts
• Lead user incentive programs and operational improvements
• Handle fiat on/off ramp operations with Japanese banking channels
• Build and manage partnerships with third-party providers
• Supervise team performance and report directly to Head of Operations

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English
