オペレーションオフィサー/ Operations Officer

A global international investment banking organisation is seeking an Operations Officer. The role involves managing fund segregation, payment processing, and supporting audit and compliance activities. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily trust bank collateral and funding adjustments
• Prepare and coordinate withdrawal payment data with offshore teams
• Reconcile deposits and handle direct bank transfers
• Address payment exceptions and customer notifications
• Coordinate inter-company fund transfers and time deposit renewals
• Support audits and promote process automation (STP)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (law, commerce, or engineering) is ideal
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
