A global financial services company is looking for a Business Operations Manager. The selected candidate will lead process improvements, manage reporting, and ensure seamless operations across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive process improvements and lead optimisation projects
• Prepare and review system incident reports and client statements
• Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory and operational compliance
• Configure and manage trading systems including MetaTrader 4 and 5
• Conduct global impact analysis and assist in incident response when needed
• Collaborate with global and local teams to enhance operations

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in a middle office, back office, or trading setting in the financial industry
• Experience with database applications
• Knowledge of financial products (OTC derivatives)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Native level Japanese; business level English
