バックオフィス業務/ Back Office Operations

A global investment banking firm is looking for a Back Office Operations professional. The selected candidate will handle settlement, reconciliation, and client communication across a range of financial products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily settlement operations and ensure timely trade completion
• Perform cash and position reconciliation to maintain account accuracy
• Oversee fail management, collateral handling, and regulatory reporting
• Handle coupon and dividend claims for diverse financial instruments
• Participate in system upgrades, UAT, and operational projects
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve back-office queries

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in settlements at sell side (securities firms or corporate banks)
• Native level written and verbal Japanese; business level written and verbal English
