貿易金融＆バックオフィスオペレーター/ Trade Finance & Back Office Operator

A global banking company is looking for a Trade Finance & Back Office Operator. The selected candidate will support trade finance operations, SWIFT handling, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage import/export letters of credit and verify shipping documents
• Input and reconcile transaction data in accounting systems
• Monitor compliance checks and process SWIFT messages
• Handle domestic/international remittances, FX/MM operations, and settlements
• Maintain and reconcile Nostro accounts and SWIFT verifications
• Prepare reports for headquarters and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

• Experience in handling all aspects of import and export letter of credit operations
• Prior experience in overseas client remittances and SWIFT message creation is ideal
• Knowledge of UCP
• Understanding of compliance (AML/FT)
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in reading and written English; professional level Japanese
