報告分析担当/ Product Reporting Analyst

A Product Reporting Analyst role is now open in a foreign investment management firm. The chosen candidate will be in charge of producing accurate, timely, and high-quality client and marketing materials for the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all standard materials and provide support during peak periods
• Produce recurring materials, including monthly or quarterly customised reports and client presentations
• Maintain and produce standard marketing and client materials
• Peer review team deliverables to ensure response accuracy and data reasonability
• Partner with Investment Products & Fund Strategies and the Client Group to understand the fundamentals of our approaches
• Understand the general reporting needs of clients and the guidelines governing marketing and client reporting
• Develop expertise in the approaches covered, including portfolio outlook, process, positioning, and strategy
• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely reporting for clients, prospects, and consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in client reporting or
  financial industry investment management
• High level of capital markets, investment, or product knowledge
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills
• Proficient in internal and external systems and databases, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Having a valid CFA Level 2 is preferred
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
