投資・財務担当マネージャー / Manager for Investments and Finance

A global insurance company is looking for a Manager for Investments and Finance. The selected candidate will provide legal advisory services and support investment and financial activities. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advisory services for investment and financial activities
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for securities, real estate, alternative investments, and hedge transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for cash management, reinsurance, and financial transactions
• Participate in local, regional, and global initiatives related to investments and finance
• Liaise with legal teams in the U.S. and affiliated asset management companies in Japan and the U.S.
• Attend business meetings and collaborate with various lines of business, including Investments and Finance

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in financial institutions (banks, investment banks, insurance companies, etc.) or law firms, serving financial institutions as clients
• Experience handling transaction matters (structured finance, real estate investments, alternative investments, or derivatives)
• Possess valid Japanese or overseas lawyer qualification
• Native level Japanese; business level reading and written English
