インベストメントバンキングアソシエイト/ Investment Banking Associate

An international investment banking firm is seeking an Investment Banking Associate - Healthcare. The selected candidate will lead financial analysis, prepare marketing materials, and support M&A transactions from origination to execution. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse historical and projected financial data
• Execute M&A transactions and coordinate due diligence processes
• Develop marketing collateral, management and confidential information presentations
• Conduct valuations and ad hoc financial analyses
• Support client engagement and business development activities
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate with internal stakeholders
• Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure quality deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of investment banking experience
• Proven experience in financial modelling, valuation, and M&A execution
• Prior healthcare transaction experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
