支払オペレーション/ Payment Operations

An international investment banking company is looking for a Payment Operations role. The selected applicant will handle stock transfers, coordinates with teams, and ensures accurate, compliant reporting. This is a long-term temp role.

Responsibilities:

• Support Stock Transfer IN process by receiving stock transfer (US Stocks) requests from brokers in Japan
• Respond to broker inquiries related to stock transfer IN requests for private clients
• Read Stock Transfer IN PDF documents and input stock ticker, quantity, and acquisition price in the designated Excel spreadsheet format
• Submit the stock transfer IN Excel spreadsheet to the India Stock Transfer team and follow up on transfer status
• Respond to inquiries from the Client Service - Japan team using the CRM case system
• Ensure all local regulatory reporting requirements are met and monitor SLAs with A/S for report delivery
• Manage all requirements and documentation of automatically produced reports and their changes
• Ensure consistency between customer reports and tax reporting submitted to authorities

Requirements:

• Operations experience in a financial services company
• Native level Japanese; conversational level English
