支払オペレーション/ Payment Operations

An international investment banking company is looking for a Payment Operations role. The selected applicant will be managing daily trust bank collateral, addressing funding shortfalls, and overseeing contract renewals and cancellations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and report trust bank collateral
• Provide additional funding to trust banks in case of shortfalls
• Prepare withdrawal data and coordinate with the payment processing team in India
• Handle withdrawal rejections/reversals due to name mismatches or other exceptions
• Reconcile quick deposits and complete missing data
• Process direct bank transfers and create bank transfer requests
• Manage fax returns caused by incorrect bank details, notify customers via email, and conduct re-engagement procedures
• Ensure compliance with deposit management regulations, including account balance checks, internal transfers, and processing of domestic and overseas fund transfers

Requirements:

• Operations experience in a financial services company
• Native level Japanese; conversational English
