シニアリードインベストメント＆ファイナンス/ Sr. Lead Investment and Financing

A global financial services company is looking for a Senior Lead Investment and Financing Professional. The selected candidate will drive investment and financing initiatives in Japan, oversee project evaluations, and lead a team to achieve business goals. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue local investment and financing opportunities
• Lead the team in evaluating projects, negotiating agreements, and supporting investment decisions
• Oversee daily operations and post-investment management of existing projects
• Maintain relationships with clients, regulators, financial institutions, and service providers
• Manage team performance and ensure smooth business operations
• Provide regular reports to the group on investment and financing activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economic, mathematics, and other relevant domains
• More than 10 years of experience in investment and financing
• More than 3 years of experience in management
• Experience as COO/CFO and other senior managers of Japanese financial institutions
• Knowledge with the relevant regulations of local financial regulatory agencies and banking industry in Japan
• Understanding of Japanese asset management business
• Proficient in Chinese, English, and Japanese
