プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

A global medical device company is looking for a Product Manager. The selected candidate will drive strategic marketing initiatives, product launches, and market expansion through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute strategic marketing projects, events, and product launches
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive doctor acquisition and channel growth
• Manage product positioning, branding, and localisation of marketing materials for Japan
• Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to support product adoption and growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and regional teams to achieve business objectives
• Monitor marketing performance, track KPIs, and manage budgets and financial targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (life science or medical relevant majors is ideal)
• More than 8 years of multinational working experience (dental or medical device industry is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level English and Japanese
