A global trading company in automotive, healthcare, and consumer goods is looking for a Machinery Expo Sales professional. The selected candidate will manage supplier coordination, oversee production and delivery, and support international stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Host and assist overseas HQ colleagues and guests during visits, including supplier and factory tours
• Coordinate with Japan-based suppliers and Hong Kong counterparts on purchasing and delivery matters
• Oversee production scheduling and ensure timely delivery to local customers
• Manage communication between stakeholders to resolve order and logistics issues
• Prepare and process documentation related to purchasing and delivery

Requirements:

• Fluent level Japanese; business level English and Mandarin is ideal

Preferred requirements:

• More than 3 years similar experience
