セールスエンジニア/ Sales Engineer, Industrial
A global equipment and machinery manufacturer is seeking a Sales Engineer, Industrial. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to meet sales and profit goals
- Analyse the market and align business efforts with company policies
- Engage with customers to understand needs and propose solutions
- Develop new business opportunities and nurture customer relationships
- Present customer value propositions and identify growth opportunities
- Provide sales forecasts and performance reports
Requirements:
- Experience in solution sales (direct sales is ideal)
- Prior experience with customers to solve their concerns
- Proven experience in sales at an industrial equipment manufacturer (end-user or dealer)
- Background in developing new customers and nurturing current customers
- Prior background with CRM
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Native level Japanese; proficient in English
