インサイドセールス/ Inside Sales
A multinational machinery manufacturer is seeking an Inside Sales professional. The selected candidate will manage their own sales territory, drive order intake and revenue, and support customer engagement through coordination with global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage order to cash process including quotations, order booking, delivery coordination, and DSO management
- Monitor and share short- and long-term demand forecasts during regular team meetings
- Attend sales meetings and provide updates on business status, issues, and support needs
- Escalate issues outside the scope of responsibilities promptly to managers
- Handle general customer requirements such as RoHS and ChemSHERPA documentation
- Act as the first contact for technical requirements and liaise with technical teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering is ideal
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or customer relationship management
- More than 3 years of experience in distributor management preferred
- Experience working in an international business environment is a plus
- Skilled in MS Office365
- Proficient in English
