コミュニケーション・コミュニティ担当スペシャリスト/ Comms & Community Specialist

A multinational semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a Communications and Community Specialist. The selected candidate will develop communication strategies, deliver internal messaging, manage engagement channels, and support cultural and organisational change programmes. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage local internal communications strategies aligned with management priorities and organisational goals
• Develop and distribute internal communications including announcements, employee updates, and success stories
• Establish and manage employee feedback mechanisms to enhance engagement and inclusion
• Maintain and develop SharePoint intranet platforms and communication channels
• Provide local content for divisional internal campaigns and communication initiatives
• Ensure brand consistency by implementing brand guidelines across all communications activities
• Support Safety and HR teams in promoting SHEQ, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Engage with local community groups to enhance company visibility and reputation
• Support communication initiatives that contribute to employee engagement, retention, and organisational culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in communications, marketing, or media
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple communication channels
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Membership of the Institute of Internal Communications or willingness to obtain
