植物プログラムマネージャー/ Plant Program Manager

A global chemical company is looking for a Plant Program Manager. The selected candidate will support plant operations and drive process improvements across functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant activities including safety, maintenance, and quality control
• Support long-term production planning aligned with supply chain goals
• Lead small to mid-scale improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, process development, and supply planning teams
• Monitor production KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (chemical, mechanical, or industrial is ideal)
• More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, TPM)
• Prior experience in the chemical or process industry is ideal
• Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality systems
• Understanding of statistical process control and data analysis tools is preferred
• Business level Japanese and English
