リーンマネージャー/ Lean Manager

A global hearing solutions provider is looking for a Lean Manager. The selected candidate will drive lean operations across manufacturing, service, and warehouse environments to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance operational processes using lean methodologies
• Execute and sustain continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies to optimise performance
• Lead projects focused on process enhancement and team development
• Track key metrics to ensure operational goals are met
• Promote a culture of efficiency, safety, and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in industrial engineering, operations management, or a relevant domain is ideal
• More than 5 years of professional experience is desired
• Experience in shop-floor management within manufacturing, warehousing, or service industries
• Understanding of methodologies (5S, Lean, Kaizen, etc.) and their application in operational settings
• Possess valid Lean six sigma or a similar process improvement qualification
• Professional level Japanese and English
