フィールドサービスエンジニア/ Field Service Engineer

An international industrial solutions company is seeking a Field Service Engineer. The successful candidate will plan and execute service activities, perform installation and maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support customers with optimisation of systems.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute service activities
• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment used in BodyShop, Final Assembly, and Battery production
• Report equipment condition, customer maintenance schedules, and future production plans
• Evaluate adhesive and sealing application systems with customers to optimise usage under required conditions
• Propose and test adaptations of equipment and software to improve performance

Requirements:

• Prior experience in electrical and mechanical equipment servicing
• Experience in the automobile industry
• Understanding of automotive OEM production processes
• Relevant experience with industrial assembly systems, including set-up and installation
• Good IT user skills including MS Office Suite and networking
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid driver's licence
• Basic knowledge of customer production systems

Preferred requirements:

• Basic knowledge of customers' Production System
• Experience with industrial assembly systems, their set-up and installation
