プロセスエンジニア/ Process Engineer

A renowned professional services firm is looking for a Process Engineer. The selected candidate will provide engineering support, optimise equipment performance, and ensure reliable manufacturing operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support and expertise for processing and analytical equipment
• Train operators on equipment use, troubleshooting, and best practices
• Optimise equipment performance to reduce manufacturing deviations
• Lead and support equipment lifecycle projects from design to validation
• Troubleshoot failures, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Manage maintenance, documentation, and compliance using CMMS and quality systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemical or mechanical engineering
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Engineering or Operations
• Experience evaluating production line performance (OEE)
• Prior experience with reliability performance metrics (MTBF and MTTF, and life cycle management)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of common industry unit operations (Chromatography, Tangential Flow Filtration, Fermentation/Cell Culture)
• Proficient in Japanese; business level English
