アプリケーションエンジニア/ Application Engineer

A multinational testing and measurement solutions company is looking for an Applications Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical product support, conduct training sessions, and contribute to the development of new products and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and sales support for a full product lineup to customers and the Sales team
• Identify and deliver value-added application solutions tailored to customer needs
• Assist with product inquiries and support through email, phone, demonstrations, and visits
• Conduct product installations, training, and usage instruction for customers
• Review complex proposals and recommend appropriate technical configurations
• Coordinate training events, technical seminars, and application content creation
• Generate technical notes, competitive analysis, and marketing materials
• Evaluate and contribute to product development and improvement processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Material Science, Engineering or related field
• More than 3 years of experience with test systems or mechanical testing systems preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; mechanical aptitude including diagnostics
• Excellent organisational skills and customer service abilities
• Able to lift to 50 lbs.; sit/stand for 2–4 hours
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 600+)
