サービスマネージャー/ Service Manager

A multinational industrial solutions company is looking for a Service Manager (Application Engineer). The selected candidate will oversee paint application maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and develop service and spare parts businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain stable paint application in production at automotive OEM and general industry sites
• Troubleshoot paint application issues and develop solutions
• Drive spare parts and service business development, including digital products
• Manage service budgeting for responsible customers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Localise operational, instructional, and maintenance documents
• Support project execution and coordinate with internal and guest engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• More than 5 years of practical process engineering experience in automotive or general industries
• Practical experience in automotive production, conveyor, or robot automation processes is an advantage
• Prior sub-contractor management experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical understanding for maintenance service
• Knowledge of production control systems (PLC, Ladder, C++ programming)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, C++
• Troubleshooting capability in paint application systems
• No allergies to volatile organic chemical materials (paint and thinner)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid driver's licence
• Professional level Japanese and English
