国別マネージャー/ Country Manager

A renowned industrial manufacturing company is seeking a Country Manager. The selected candidate will drive strategic growth, build industry relationships, and manage financial and operational execution. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute market strategies aligned with global and local business priorities
• Lead business growth initiatives through product positioning and service expansion
• Strengthen brand presence and customer engagement through marketing and industry participation
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and regulators
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with global teams for cohesive market entry and execution
• Oversee financial planning, pricing strategies, and regulatory readiness for market deployment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration and engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in department or group management (functional oversight, budget, expense management, and personnel performance management)
• More than 5 years of experience in finance, engineering, business development functions and business needs
• Experience with management of cross-functional teams
• Prior experience with corporate level strategy development, business development, and bringing new products and services to market
• Fluent level English and Japanese
