クオリティエンジニア/ Quality Engineer

A global electronics company is looking for a Quality Engineer. The selected candidate will manage quality data, customer complaints, and lead continuous improvement activities across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the repair team to clarify failures and their impacts
• Coordinate with internal manufacturing teams for issue sharing, resolution, and result verification
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Review quality data, generate periodic reports, and identify key issues
• Visit customers and handle complaints, including 8D reporting
• Issue and follow up on CAPA, ensuring effectiveness
• Analyse quality trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support ECN validation processes with customers and sales
• Lead quality issue meetings with relevant teams
• Coordinate with Global EHS and Asia RA for documentation support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electronics
• More than 3 years of experience in customer quality assurance
• Proven experience in troubleshooting within repair/service environments
• Proficient in quality engineering tools such as statistics, sampling plans, SPC, and QC tools
• Skilled in ISO 9001/QS9001, ISO13485/QSR820 standards or electronics component assembly
• Familiar with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, FMEA, and ERP systems
• Fluent level English and Japanese
