フィールドサービスエンジニア2/ Field Service Engineer 2

A global industrial manufacturing company is looking for a Field Service Engineer 2. The selected candidate will troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, support users, and contribute to process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse equipment issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Document and hand over unresolved problems to second-line support
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance using tools and replacement parts
• Prepare and execute standard procedures within scheduled customer time windows
• Provide operational guidance and training to equipment users
• Identify process gaps and propose improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical field (electrical technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, etc.)
• Experience as a Field Service Engineer
• Prior experience in technical or semiconductor industry is ideal
• Proven experience with computer applications (data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software)
• Knowledge on product functionality of the main modules/sub-modules
• Professional level Japanese and English
