ハードウェアスマートMFGエンジニア/ Hardware Smart MFG Engineer

An international technology services company is seeking a Hardware Smart MFG Engineer. The selected candidate will define technical architecture, manage hardware development, and ensure high-performance smart manufacturing solutions for global customers.

Responsibilities:

• Define and document the technical architecture
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Evaluate and select appropriate platforms for solutions
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Execute projects and tasks with a team of engineers, including vendor coordination and procurement
• Optimise BOM and perform reverse engineering analysis
• Design, simulate, and verify analogue circuits such as operational amplifiers and data converters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in hardware development and product design
• Proven experience with full hardware development to production cycles
• Experience with 32-bit/64-bit processor-based design, preferably NXP or STM processors
• Hands-on experience with industry tools like Cadence and Allegro for schematics and PCB
• Proficient in mixed signal design, high-speed designs, and analogue electronics
• Ability to perform design reviews and meet industry standards for EMI/EMC, functional safety
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); business level English (TOEIC 750+)
