BDマネージャー/ BD Manager

A global electronics manufacturing company is looking for a Business Development Manager – Connected Mobility Solutions. The selected candidate will lead product strategy and development efforts, collaborating with global teams and Japanese OEMs to drive growth in vehicle antenna solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Vehicle Antenna Solutions (VAS) to Japanese automotive OEMs
• Define and execute Japan market strategy with the Account Management team
• Collaborate with global product management teams to reflect the Japanese OEM perspective
• Position the company as a strategic partner in advanced product development
• Align with Global Product Management on Japan pricing strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with customer engineering teams and key suppliers
• Gather and communicate the market Point of View and Voice of the Customer to global teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering
• More than 5 years in Automotive OEM Account Management or Product Development
• Practical experience in customer and supplier communication
• Business experience in Vehicle Antenna Solutions or similar technologies is ideal
• Experience in product development with Japanese OEMs (preferred)
• Familiarity with mechanical data sheets, equipment drawings, and engineering specifications is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
• Native level Japanese; business level English
