セールスエンジニア/ Sales Engineer

A foreign automotive technology company is searching for a Sales Engineer. The chosen applicant will be responsible for growing the business and supporting customers in Japan for the Connection Systems segment.

Responsibilities:

• Maximise market share and profitability in collaboration with the sales manager
• Support all projects and programs involving Tier 1 and distributor customers
• Perform critical analysis of products that deliver value to customers
• Build a Strategic Action Plan and Budget data files; monitor JOEM car production figures
• Strengthen customer relationships in coordination with the Global Sales and Engineering team
• Provide competitive technology insights on the Japanese market
• Share relevant information with internal teams to support new product development
• Present and demonstrate CS products to meet client needs; professionally represent the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (engineering major is a plus)
• More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry as a customer window
• Connector experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Advanced level written and verbal English
