セールスアシスタント/ Sales Assistant

A renowned automotive company is looking for a Sales Assistant. The selected candidate will support sales operations through business intelligence, administrative duties, and direct assistance to the VP of Sales. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse market data to support sales strategies
• Assist with sales documentation, database management, and correspondence
• Oversee and update the supplier portal
• Process purchasing requests and invoices accurately and on time
• Coordinate prototype development and delivery with engineering and production teams
• Manage office supplies to ensure a well-equipped work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
• Power BI experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English
