セールスエンジニア/ Sales Engineer
An international automotive parts manufacturer is looking for a Sales Engineer, Motorcycle GBU. The selected candidate will support customer relations, order management, and commercial activities in close collaboration with the HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between Japanese customers and HQ’s Engineering and Quality teams
- Manage sales and profit targets for Japanese customers to maximise commercial performance
- Respond to technical and quality inquiries and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee daily order operations, monitor delivery schedules, and proactively address potential issues
- Conduct price negotiations and manage pricing in line with HQ policies
- Support new business acquisition and collaborate with HQ and management to implement global strategies
Requirements:
- More than 3 years in the automotive or motorcycle industry, technical sales with OEM interaction
- Experience working with international teams and managing cultural and time zone differences
- Native level Japanese; business level English (Italian is a plus)
