プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

An international automotive technology manufacturer is seeking a Project Manager for its Japan Technical Centre. The selected candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver mass production development projects for crash safety products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve development goals
• Oversee scheduling, task progress, and necessary team actions
• Manage project budgets and implement corrective actions as needed
• Coordinate with domestic and international production sites
• Report project progress and results to top management in English
• Negotiate with customers and manage both domestic and global projects

Requirements:

• Practical experience in project management
• Prior design experience at an automobile manufacturer or parts manufacturer (Tier 1 supplier) is preferred
• Experience in the automobile industry
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 500+)
