プロダクトデザインリード/ Product Design Lead

A multinational automotive technology company is seeking an AD Product Design Lead. The selected candidate will lead projects, manage internal and external resources, and ensure quality, cost, and schedule alignment with customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ADAS product development, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards
• Manage product specifications, design feasibility, and execution of Design
• Serve as the main technical interface for customers, negotiating requirements and delivery timelines
• Oversee product architecture, BOM, development cost, delivery, and quality
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage configurations, and address defects
• Support manufacturing process flow definition and ensure high-quality output delivery
• Coordinate Engineering Leaders across Hardware, Software, Mechanics, and Quality teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Embedded Electronics, Mechanics, or Software Engineering
• More than 5 years of technical project management experience in the automotive domain
• Proven experience handling technical issues and customer negotiations
• Experience working with Japanese OEMs
• Proficient in PC operations and relevant engineering tools (Zuken, CATIA, HILS, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and ADAS products is a plus
• Possess a valid driver’s licence preferred
• Business level English (TOEIC 700+) and Japanese (JLPT N2+)
