トレジャリースペシャリスト/ Treasury Specialist

An international technology organisation is seeking an Accounting Specialist (Treasury). The selected candidate will manage cash flow, credit control, and accounting processes while ensuring compliance and collaborating with global stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage credit control including accounts receivable collection, cash receipt verification, and bookkeeping
• Determine invoicing amounts and issue invoices accurately
• Perform daily cash management and monitor cash positions
• Prepare and report daily and weekly cash schedules and balances to global stakeholders
• Develop cash flow forecasts to support financial planning
• Support monthly and year-end financial closing processes
• Handle withholding tax payments and prepare cash disbursement documentation
• Manage vendor master data including vendor ID maintenance
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable operations including payment processing
• Perform reconciliation of intercompany accounts and manage settlements
• Communicate with global stakeholders across the US, EU, and APAC regions
• Support risk management activities including foreign exchange risk and insurance procedures

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in accounting in a business environment
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 3 years of working experience using English in a professional setting
• Experience in finance, cash management, and AR/AP operations
• Familiarity with SAP systems
