トレジャリーマネージャー/ Treasury Manager

A multinational data centre organisation is seeking a Treasury Manager. The selected candidate will lead project financing execution, manage post-closing loan facilities, and maintain strong relationships with banks and investors. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead post-closing deal management including amendments, waivers, and compliance with finance documents
• Support execution of new project financing transactions including preparation of bank materials and financial analysis
• Review and negotiate finance documents including debt term sheets
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams and engage with external advisors including legal and tax
• Manage end-to-end financial close processes including KYC, loan syndication, and settlement
• Independently manage existing loan facilities and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Act as key contact for banks and debt investors and maintain strong lender relationships
• Support treasury operations including cash management, risk management, and covenant monitoring
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to the scalability of the treasury function

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in corporate treasury or corporate banking with exposure to project finance
• Experience in loan documentation and financing processes
• Strong understanding of project finance execution and financial modelling analysis
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with stakeholders, banks, and advisors
• Curiosity about the data centre business
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of the loan syndication market
• Understanding of property finance
