財務アナリスト/ Finance Analyst

A renowned luxury goods company is looking for a Finance Analyst. The selected candidate will drive financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis to support strategic business decisions. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across business units and stores
• Analyse financial performance, identify variances, and deliver actionable insights
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Collaborate with business units to assess performance and uncover growth opportunities
• Support strategic initiatives including investment evaluation and cost optimisation
• Ensure data integrity across financial systems and handle ad hoc finance requests from APAC and HQ

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience (retail or fashion is ideal)
• Experience in SAP (ERP6.0/FI/AA/CO) or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of Japanese GAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with foreign/imported retail brands
